| Great place to get Vehicle repairs . |

| In my opinion - it's very hard to "like" your local auto repair service center. Every time you walk in you know your wallet is going to take a hit. Youngstedts MG, they know this and do their best to communicate with you and prepare you for it. They are very easy to work with and I never leave feeling that I got ripped off. I trust what that what they are doing is in the best interests of my vehicle. I definitely recommend them. |

| We would rate higher but unless we specifically wait for our vehicle it takes 1-2 days before the service is completed. |

| Normally great service. But this time, work took 6 hours while my wife waited in the shop. We were initially told two hours for the work. Also, I had to clean grease off seats and console left inside the car after the service. |

| I appreciate you getting me in at the end of the day. I thought $65 for a wheel balance was a little high but was very disappointed when I saw the self stick wheel weights stuck to dirty wheels. First time I have seen someone stick on weights without cleaning the area. Surely they will come off in time. |

| I don't like it when on a car a year old with 19000 they have to recommend something other then what I came in for which was a oil change. This is a huge negative for me!!! |

| After bringing the vehicle in for a "clunking" noise, $900+ later, the noise is still there. I Would appreciate more honesty in diagnosing the problem and the ability for it to fixed at your shop. |

| All was well. I felt a bit "oversold" but you all were quite gracious. Gave me ride back to work (home) and picked me up when done. You all missed my ceiling light being out .... but I forgot to tell you about too. |
